Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Pre-Made Items: Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund on all pre-made items. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. The product must be unused and in the original condition it was sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom banners with client names, chosen quotes, specific dates, etc.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or use our contact form. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose a different product in exchange.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund if the item cannot be repaired.
Note: For velvet banners, minor creases or wrinkles can usually be resolved with a low-heat iron and steam. Please try this before contacting us if you notice any creases.
Undelivered Items
If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is not collected in time from the delivery office, it will be returned to us. In such cases:
- The buyer is responsible for any additional fees required to re-ship the item.
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipping once the item is returned to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We can provide a prepaid return label via email upon request.
