Wedding Banner Hire – Terms & Conditions
1. UK Hire Only
Our hire service is currently available to customers within the United Kingdom only.
2. Hire Period
The hire period includes your event date plus a 3-day return window. The banner must be shipped back to us within 3 days after your wedding date.
3. Security Deposit
A £50.00 security deposit is required for all banner hire bookings. This will be fully refunded once the banner is returned in its original condition and on time. The refund will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
4. Late Returns
If the banner is returned late (after the 3-day return window), a late return fee of £10 per day will be deducted from your deposit. If more than 7 days have passed without communication or return, the banner will be considered unreturned, and the full deposit will be retained.
5. Damaged or Missing Banners
If the banner is returned in a damaged condition or not returned at all, the security deposit will be forfeited.
6. Shipping & Responsibility
You are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring the banner is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage receipt. We cannot refund the deposit if the item is lost in transit and no proof of return is provided.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the dispatch date will be fully refunded. Cancellations after this period will result in a full loss of the security deposit.
8. Use & Care
Please handle the banner with care. Avoid exposure to outdoors, moisture, food, or excessive handling. The banner should not be altered, pinned, or written on. Any signs of misuse may result in a loss of the deposit.
