I have worked as a barista for over ten years, starting at a fast-paced independent coffee shop in Media City, Salford, where I soon became store Supervisor.

Being self-employed means I can often be flexible and available for short-notice cover, especially across Greater Manchester.
Yes, I’m available for both full-day and multi-day barista bookings, with a full working day capped at 10 hours.
Having worked as a barista for many years, I am quick and confident at learning new espresso and grinder machines.
I often find myself working with: La Marzocco (a personal favourite of mine), Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino (both espresso and grinder). It goes without saying that I am confident at dialling in espresso too!
