International worldwide shipping is available this is £15 upon checkout.

Shipping of Custom Pieces

Location and Pricing

United Kingdom

Shipping to UK is sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Shipping is additional and is usually £7.50-£15 depending on weight.

Europe

Shipping to Europe is sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for. Shipping on custom banners is additional and is usually £15-30 (€17-€34) depending on weight.

USA & Canada

Shipping to USA & Canada is sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for. Shipping on custom banners is additional and is usually £20-30 ($24-$36) depending on weight.

Rest of World

Please get in touch if your area isn't covered on this page. I ship worldwide and will let you know how much shipping will be based on your location and approximate weight of parcel.

Return Policy

Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged I will need to know about this within the first 48 hours of its arrival. If the item is repairable, a pre-paid returns label will be sent to you which needs to be posted back within 7 days. If the return by date is missed, the buyer must send the product back at their own expense.

If on seeing the item (photograph) it is deemed unrepairable a new item will be shipped or a refund offered.

Custom Made Products

Custom products including banners and glass are non-refundable. If your product is lost in shipment a new product will be made or a refund offered.

Other Refunds

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact me.

Refunds will not be offered if item descriptions have not been read correctly.

Undelivered Parcels

If delivery is attempted and the parcel is not collected in time and returned to me, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fees for it to be re-shipped.
