If a product arrives damaged I will need to know about this within the first 48 hours of its arrival. If the item is repairable, a pre-paid returns label will be sent to you which needs to be posted back within 7 days. If the return by date is missed, the buyer must send the product back at their own expense.
If on seeing the item (photograph) it is deemed unrepairable a new item will be shipped or a refund offered.
Custom Made Products
Custom products including banners and glass are non-refundable. If your product is lost in shipment a new product will be made or a refund offered.

Refunds will not be offered if item descriptions have not been read correctly.
If delivery is attempted and the parcel is not collected in time and returned to me, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fees for it to be re-shipped.
